What we collect

Account data: your email address and name, used to sign you in and show who shared a meeting.

Meeting data: the audio you choose to record, its transcript, and the generated summary. Audio is recorded only when you accept the recording prompt or start a recording yourself.

Usage data: basic records of AI processing (duration and cost) to manage each account's monthly allowance.

How we use it

Only to provide Brimole: transcribing your recordings, generating summaries, syncing your library, and showing shared meetings to members of your organization. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising, and we do not use your content to train AI models.

Who can see your meetings

Meetings are private to you by default. If you share a meeting with an organization, its members can see it. Links to meetings always require signing in.

Where your data lives

Meeting data is stored in the European Union. Audio is processed by an AI transcription provider to create your transcript, and transcripts are processed to create summaries. A copy of your meetings also lives on your own computer in the desktop app.

Cookies

We only use essential cookies that keep you signed in, plus a browser setting that remembers you dismissed the cookie notice. There are no advertising or analytics cookies. You can clear them anytime from your browser; clearing the session cookies simply signs you out.

Your choices

You can delete any meeting from the dashboard or the app, which removes it from the cloud. You can ask your workspace admin to delete your account and everything in it.
