Terms of Service
Last updated: July 27, 2026
1. What Brimole is
Brimole is a meeting assistant. The desktop app records meetings you choose to record, transcribes them, and creates written summaries. The web dashboard stores those summaries and lets you share them with your organization.
2. Your account
Brimole is available by invitation only. You sign in with your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account safe, since anyone with access to it can sign in as you.
3. Recording responsibly
You decide what gets recorded. Before recording a meeting, make sure you are allowed to record it and that participants are informed, following the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for the recordings you make.
4. Your content
Your recordings, transcripts, and summaries belong to you. We only store and process them to provide the service — for example, to transcribe audio, generate summaries, and show meetings to the people you share them with. We do not sell your content or use it to train AI models.
5. Fair use
AI processing has a monthly usage allowance per account. Do not use Brimole to break the law, to harm others, or to disrupt the service.
6. Availability
Brimole is under active development and is provided as is, without warranties. We may change or discontinue features. We will do our best to keep your data safe and the service running, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service.
7. Ending your account
You can stop using Brimole at any time and ask your workspace admin to delete your account, which deletes your meetings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
8. Changes
If these terms change in a meaningful way, we will note the new date at the top of this page.
